San Diego Rental Resources
Looking for a place to rent in San Diego or La Jolla? It would be nice if every city had the same newspapers and rental publications, but they don’t. San Diego has one major source for rental listings and that this the weekly publication, the San Diego Reader. The San Diego Reader became the defacto rental guide in San Diego a long time ago and to this day is the best place to find an apartment or rental home in all of San Diego County. Here is an insider tip: The Reader is published on Thursdays each week, but you can find the new rental listings on their website the day before! See, aren’t you glad you came here?
Another source is the San Diego Union Tribune. The UT is like any other big city newspaper with a large classifieds section that is definitely worth taking a look at, but I would spend most of my time using the SD Reader.
