Arts exhibition opens in San Diego and Tijuana

A massive bi-national arts exhibition gets underway this weekend. The show, called inSite_05, includes a series of public art projects and lectures on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border and museum exhibits at the San Diego Museum of Art and Tijuana’s Cultural Center. The first confirmed case this year of West Nile virus in a San Diego County resident was reported Friday, but he probably caught the disease while camping outside the county, health officials said.
