USS Pinckney departs Naval Station San Diego (San Diego Daily Transcript via Yahoo! News)

USS Pinckney (DDG 91) left Naval Station San Diego Friday for a regularly scheduled deployment to the 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility. USS Pinckney will support the war on terror while working with U.S. allies.
