Since 1992 real estate brokerages and agents in San Diego County have had a centralized multiple listing service (MLS), founded by Sandicor Inc. However, recent action taken by San Francisco Bay Area MLSs sparks the question: Has a centralized MLS been considered that would combine the Riverside, Orange or Imperial counties’ listings with San Diego’s?

Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. today announced it has completed the acquisition of the 284-room San Diego Marriott Del Mar located in San Diego, California for approximately $69.0 million, or approximately $243,000 per room. The hotel will continue to be managed by Marriott International.
